I was taken into the ACU department after being diagnosed and treated for quinsy. Every staff member was unfailingly professional and polite. I was kept well informed, I was treated kindly, and I felt like the department was well run and capable. A really good experience - sore throat aside!

Thank you very much for your positive comments regarding the Ambulatory Care Unit at the hospital. It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
