"Without the help and support I would not have been able to get through it"

I found the whole ESA appeal process extremely brutal and difficult and without the help and support from Advocacy Support Cymru I would not have been able to get through it.

Ann Stewart was extremely patient, empathetic and understanding. I owe her my heart felt thanks for assisting me during this difficult time. I did not feel so alone during the process and this helped immensely.

I know the advocates are extremely busy but I wish there could be more so they are not so hard pressed. I also wish they could provide continuing support when needed with the maze that the benefits system has become.
