What I liked

I was referred to the hospital by my local GP to have some blood samples taken. The service was quick and efficient and I had been seen and dealt with almost immeadiately.

What could be improved

The building itself requires extensive updating and the inside of the hospital felt like it was dirty and unhygenic. Whilst the staff were quick in meeting my needs, it didn't feel 'right' to be having my blood samples taken in the same room at the same time as another woman without any form of partition. I left the hospital questioning whether the treatment I had received was in fact sterile and safe as well as quick and efficient.
