What I liked
This was my first experience as an outpatient at an NHS trust. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. Sign posting throughout the hospital was good, it was very easy to find my clinic.
What could be improved
Two pieces of feedback. There seemed to be only one loo for women in the maternity section. I would have thought that especially in this area it's ridiculous to just have one! Second piece of feedback was I was brought back before my scheduled follow up appointment. I was instructed not to cancel my appointment as it meant that my notes would be sent back to records, making it difficult for clinicians to add information that week which they needed to.Surely this is not good practice it will make me look as if I did not attend and another patient could have taken my slot. The sooner trusts adopt this new computer system the better!
