When she went in to D 5. it was upsetting to see she had been waiting for her drip to be put back in her arm for just over 2 hr. The lady in the next bed had a stroke. She had a full plate off food looking at her that she couldn't reach. The nurse that did pop in to see my mum after answering the buzzer said I'm not qualified to sort things like that. Said she would get someone to help, but no one arrived.
The poor sister was rushed off her feet. She was kind enough to sort my mum well past her home time without complaining. thankfully.
The next day she was moved to E3 wonderfull care couldn't help enough. John my mums nurse treats her like his mum. Even going to the staff canteen to get her scrambled egg on toast in the mornings. And everyone their is so helpful to visitor aswell. I couldn't wish for better.
