What I liked
Seen by a female doctor, given a comprehensive and user friendly explanation of what was wrong and what my condition is.
What could be improved
More continuity; ie wherever possible to be seen by the same doctor/consultant. Or to be offered a choice of whether a patient wants to be seen by same sex doctor.
Listen to the patient, more holistic approach to treatment and intervention taking into consideration the experience of the patient not just clinical data and latest research.
All patients should be actively encouraged to complete feedback questionnaires whilst waiting for their appointments as not all will have access to computers.
