"complete an utter appaling hospital"

My mothers was unfortunately sent to this hospital in september 2012 and was totally ignored the whole time she was there.There were never any nurses around to talk to about her condition,even when she was bleeding from an ill fitted cannula we had to walk the corridoors to find a nurse on another ward to deal with it.We made an appointment to speak to her consultant,who then didn't bother turning up. Caring for patients semmed far to much like hard work for these so called professionals.
