About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

Anything else?

This is my second review of the The hospital of Nurology and Nurosurgery my first visit was in February and my second was in May (2nd - 9th) I would like to thank all the nurses and doctors on the Victor Horsley ward. Plus I have had a good consultant through out which I am thankfull for. The only one downside was that they decided to make the ward I was on for men so got moved to another ward, then got moved to a bed with a window. But everythink else was good. The food was good except for the toast in the mornings which was all ways cold.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us about your experience at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery - in particular about your stay on Victor Horsley ward. I have fedback your very positive comments to the nursing and medical team on this ward. I am sorry to hear that you had to be moved during your stay - we are required to do this on occasion so that we comply with requirements to separate male and female patients. I am pleased that you enjoyed the food. I have fedback your comments about the toast to our catering team.
