I would like to highly commend your staff team including Paramedics, doctor's and staff working in the A and E department. Our company support a lady with learning difficulties and is physically disabled, on Wednesday 29th May my support worker called for a paramedic they arrived before she had even put the phone down to the operator. The feedback i got from my staff was that these paramedics were excellent and gave the utmost care to our client. All the team that night in A and E were so professional and caring and did all they could in supporting our client. Even after disharge at 4,30am the paramedics who brought the client home were fantastic in their care approach and also supported the staff member to put the client into bed making her as comfortable as possible.
