What I liked
I walked into the minor injuries unit today following a cycling accident and was treated within an hour (including an x-ray) the staff were thorough, efficient and worked as a well co-ordinated efficient team. They far surpassed my expectations of the NHS. The NHS is often criticised but I can only commend it on this occasion. Well done and thank you.
