"Superb service in A&E"

About: Royal Gwent Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I injured my shoulder and ankle in a mountain bike accident and visited A/E at about 18. 00. From my booking in with the receptionist through the medical and x ray channel the treatment I received was superb. I was given advice on exercises and follow up treatment. The overhaul time spent there was about two hours.
