My Nana was recently a patient on Ward 21 (Stroke Ward). Sadly she passed away and wasn't in any position to be giving any feedback. On her behalf I would like to comment on the excellent care that she received throughout. My Nana was clearly very well looked after and the staff were completely focused on acting in her best interests. The staff were realistic yet very caring and kind. The ward seems a very busy one yet the nursing staff, where possible, still spent time with the patients. As a nurse myself, I know how difficult this can be!!!!!!! I cannot thank the staff, particularly the nurses enough!
