Anything else?
I have been twice for day surgery. Same happened twice. Went there at 6am but the appointment was at 7.30 am. I was fasting and no any liquid since previous day from 8pm. I was called for operation at 8pm. I was seen last also suffered weak , hunger, etc. I am already ill and they didn't worry about me and never bothered about I was not eating and drinking nearly a day. I was given food at 11pm in the recovery . Before a nurse in the operation room asked me whether I was hungry after waking up having general anesthetic ?I said yes but they asked through three nurses to bring from recovery section. All those three nurses have forgotten to bring food for me. They said that they were very busy with emergency cases. Very good excuse in both cases. They could have told me to drink something if they are going to be late. Department- Colorectal Surgery
"Waited more than 12 hours for an arranged fasting..."
