My first ever visit to this hospital -Excellent, quick, friendly service.. The wait was very short. The phlebotomist was very professional and efficient. I have difficult veins but she did not make any issue of this. Well done and thank you for the care.

It is really wonderful to read your positive feedback and to be able to pass it on to the Blood Testing Service in Herts and Essex. Patients and members of the public are telling us that services are improving at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, but we also know we've room for improvement and some further work to do to consistently deliver excellent care.
