13/05/2013 the day that I attended willow ward basildon maternity hospital This was my third time at Basildon maternity hospital. I've always received good service, but on this occasion the service was outstanding. From the cleanliness to the nurses and midwifes, down to the catering service. The staff were so friendly, they listened to my wants and needs. My delivery midwife abbie even stayed on longer then her shift, to see me though to the end. Right through the nhs I can not pick a fault or an area that needs improvement. All the staff at Basildon maternity hospital should be proud of the service that they are providing each and everyday to the family's that have the pleasure of using their ward.
