What I liked

My daughter has just returned from Heart Surgery at Great Ormond Street.

Our journey from the initial consultation to us leaving the hospital has been a first class experience of Knowledge, Care and Expertise.

Everything that was explained to us prior to the operation happened in exactly the way described and installed great confidence in us throughtout our stay.

We would like to extend our enormous gratitude to all the amazing staff on Ladybird Ward, not forgetting the anaesthetist and surgeons and staff on High Dependancy. Many Thanks again.
