What I liked

There is a general sincerity about the place. The staff were incredible - not only did they know what they were doing, they expressed everything to my family and myself, they offered the utmost support and were the warmest I have ever met. They genuinely care. It has been years since I’ve finished treatment and I still go back and they all remember me and everything I was about. They provided me with everything I could possibly imagine to make my time there seem less difficult. It seemed to me, they strictly followed all hygiene procedures and not once did someone not use antiseptic when entering my room. It seemed as though everything that needed to be done, was done as quickly and smoothly as it could be – there wasn’t much waiting around. I only wish more hospitals could run as efficiently as this.

What could be improved

Honestly, the canteen food please.
