I left hospital feeling I had received 5 star service from every single member of staff from the cleaners, the kitchen staff, porters to the nurses and doctors and cardiology staff who operated on me. I was kept fully informed, regularly checked to ensure I was comfortable and all staff worked with a calm efficiency and with first class professionalism. Everyone was polite, kind and above all caring with delightful good humour. Well done to you all!
