I had letters offering me a 40 minute examination in the physiotherapy department at Princess Royal Hospital. for Monday 22nd April.
I was examined by a male and female, after only a 5 minute wait. I found them friendly, caring, and helpful.
When they heard I couldn't get a bus back for 2. 5 hours and would need a taxi, they arranged next visit for the morning.
I left feeling much better.
"Physiotherapy Department: I left feeling much better."
