About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Fabulous service; to be able to book an appointment for a day of work is "magic".

To often have to book time off work for appointments, clinics, services at GP centre works against people in employment.

Thank you for taking the time to express your satisfaction with the service you received from TRAQS.

TRAQS was introduced at the request of the GPS to offer more choice and flexibility to patients who, like yourself, have work commitments to work round.

Once again, thanks again for posting positive views.
