I wanted a Dr to visit my daughter (age 34) with a severe Back and abdominal pain we were refused a home visit and advised to come into the out of hours service (not possible) or call an ambulance and call A+E I was furious that said......All the staff were helpful kind encouraging understanding and endeavoured to do all they could within guidelines. I am writing the review because I believe when the Dr called back to check how my daughter was and spoke to her and again to me to access her health risks and to give good professional advice he went over and above duty of care. Well done Dr whomever you are and all the other folks who were involved. You turned an angry customer into a happy one many thanks
