wrote last week on this site that my op had been cancelled2x once feb then march and no contact since. Spoke to complaint dept of UCH someone was to contact me last week still waiting. PALs contacted me last week on Friday advising myDr to fax that he agreed situation getting worse which was done Tuesday they were to call Wednesday and guess what no one has got back to me. What is it with the admin think time for a formal complaint,
