I attended on the 24th May 2013 for keyhole on my knee. I arrived at 07:30, then getting ready for treatment at 07:40. I was in the operating room at 08:30, finished about an hour later and ready to go home at dinner time after being treated with coffee and biscuits. The staff, from the reception through to the surgery team and the care team afterwards, were fantastic and full of real smiles (Nothing fake here) and care. I felt looked after and treated as a suffering patient rather than just another number. Staff were themselves which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I can't really put into words how proud this service makes me of our NHS and those who work in it. A credit to the nation.
