having travelled 42 miles for a 11.30 am appointment in TR Theatre Direct, arrived at 11.20 reported to reception, lead into a waiting ward, 30 mins later nurse said just sorting out file, 40 mins later nothing, time now 12.40, had explained to nurse my wife had just come out of Derryford needed her medication was this all right to take it, she said its up to her although she said its up to the anaesthetist if it would stop her having treatment, she said he [she] would be round in the next hour this would make it 1 30, appointment at 11.30 I told them my was not well they said just to wait, not happy with this we got up and left, the staff did not care just said alright then, while waiting to go in overheard a nurse say they were all over the place owing to a meeting, staff were very un imformative in 1 hour said nothing completly uncaring my wife is waiting for oral/facial surgery which has to be done asap but alas noyhing... staff in TR Theatre Direc no help,no interest in patients
