What I liked

I was admitted to the day admissions bay for an examination under general anaesthetic. I was very impressed by the continuity of nursing care, as I had the same nurse all day long, from about 8.30am to 7pm when I was discharged. She was very busy, but gave excellent care and attention to everyone in her charge. Thank you Nurse.
