From the minute I walked in the hospital the staff were friendly and helpful. The hospital is clean and pleasing to be in. I was admitted to Minster ward for a day case foot operation and all of the staff, doctors, nurses, anaesthetists etc were lovely, not put on, just genuinely lovely. Made me feel at ease totally. Nothing was too much trouble and they all worked together really well. No one was grumpy, it was a Monday :-), and not once did I feel unsatisfied. I would highly recommend this hospital and I have heard the same reports from other people I know who have been treated there. I hope the staff get to read these reviews :-)
