a very professional approach from the very early start of 0730 arrival. kept fully informed of what the day would hold for me, and any concerns were dealt with in a most assured way. Following my procedure I awoke in the recovery section to find a nurse by my bedside . For the rest of the day I was given the best of care and consideration and felt quite involved in all aspects of the patient welfare. Having suffered a slight relapse during the afternoon it was decided to prolong my stay until the next day. I was transferred to ward 12 for my overnight supervision and during the night I witnessed just how professional, committed and dedicated all the staff are as an critical emergency happened in the bed opposite. I can only say that for anyone entering RBCH as a patient , you can rest assured you will experience the highest quality of care .
