"Typical, no apology!!"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

Gave my time to make a review on condition of care in Leicester RI maternity unit and A&E. Since my report and after another stay, where different nurses and doctors asked the same questions and appeared to start from scratch every visit, every shift, I wonder, do handovers no longer exist!? Not exactly reassuring to a patient who has to repeatedly state their own "case"!. Communication between staff is obviously lacking and I'm still awaiting an apology for the lack of care and attention during the last visits.
