I was a patient in Fountains Ward after being admitted through A&E. I wish to thank all the staff in both departments for the caring and dignified way I was treated at all times.On Fountains Ward the team work amongst the staff was very obvious and they all seemed willing to help and support each other. The care and concern I received in A&E was exceptional and I am very grateful for this. My only problem was that I was admitted at the start of the Bank holiday at the beginning of May and so results of some tests seemed to be delayed. It is a shame that this happened when the care was otherwise very good.
