Have been having ongoing consultation which ended in a day procedure last month. Before retirement I had private medical insurance so I was very concerned how the much maligned NHS was going to look after me, they were brilliant as good as using private. From the moment my GP referred me to the clinic things were so proffesionally handled, the first point of call, the receptionists, were brilliant, on no occasion was I kept waiting more than a few minutes by my consultant. I don't think that people realise how lucky we are to have such a tremendous service available to us, yes I know we pay taxes etc, but even if you go as a private patient for treatment don't except everything to be 100% on all occasions As you will guess I would strongly recommend the clinic long may it remain as good as it is todaytoday
