"Poor customer care"

I attended last week for an hearing appointment. I haven't been to this hospital for over 15 years and was a little unsure of we're to go, I went to reception in the hope of being directed to the correct department. When I got there, there were three members of staff all having a nice chat about nothing in particular and eating some snacks, I tried to make eye contact with the lady that I presumed was the receptionist but she ignored me and carried on with her conversation. The porter eventually asked if he could help and then asked the reception where I should go. My appointment was prompt and the doctor was great. Later on after trying to pay for my car parking and being unsuccessful I went back to the reception only to be shouted at by a member of staff who couldn't be bothered to walk over and speak to me told me to go to the enquires booth in the car park. This service was unacceptable for the NHS, I was really disappointed.
