We are sorry to hear of your experience at Queen’s Hospital. We endeavour to provide a very high standard of cleaning within the Trust, this area is classed as a significant area and receives a "once daily clean" during the evening Monday to Friday. We do operate a "Rapid response" service for ad hoc cleans during the day, and if this had been reported we would have cleaned it up immediately. Your comments have been forwarded on to the team involved. Thank you for taking the time and trouble to make us aware of this issue.
