Anything else?
I brought my son to this hospital last night as he was vomiting and complaining about cramps in his stomach and when I arrive the member of staff on the desk said to me very rudely what's the name and I told them and then they said what's the problem and then just before i could answer them they said never mind just sit down, I was made to feel very stupid and it upset me, I was seriously concerned about him as he's only 3 and wouldn't let me touch his belly and I was advised by a doctor to go in.

Thank you for your feedback.Sorry to hear of your experience at the Norwich community hospital. I will contact East Of England Ambulance services. They are responsible for the Out of Hours service at Norwich community hospital.
