For the first time we used 111, and spoke to a very professional worker. The professional put us at ease and asked a number of significant questions, and also engaged with our child, putting them at ease too. We were directed to Frimley Park Hospital and accessed the specialist paediatric A&E unit. The nurse who assessed and treated our child was competent, knowledgeable and very kind and caring. The consultant that assessed our child was 'born to work with children'. They were able to gain our child's confidence within a few seconds, and engaged with them throughout. Overall this was a positive visit with a positive outcome for our child. I have to say we should be thankful that we have such an excellent service on our door step, and one which is free upon entry. Thank you.
