After all the bad publicity I read about Queens, I would like to write some positive things. During my stay, I was treated quickly, efficiently and with respect -I was reassured. I stayed a duration of 7 days on Bluebell ward, the staff worked very hard, I cannot fault them. I wish more people would post their positive experiences at Queens.
