I found the atmosphere very relaxed despite being very nervous about my surgery. The staff are friendly but very professional and the care is excellent. Would definitely choose Fulwood for any other procedures I may need. The follow up telephone call on the morning after discharge was reassuring as you feel you have support if needed.
