What could be improved

I visited the fractures clinic. I had a timed appointment and when I arrived it was chaos. All the seats were occupied and as many were standing as sitting. Despite a broken foot I had to stand. I had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen. I will try and avoid ending up here in future.

The appointments system does not work as the phone is either engaged or goes unanswered.
