What I liked
It was excellent to arrive on the day of the operation and stay with family members until going into theatre.
It was also very impressive to meet all the doctors and anest.they could not be faulted in any way.
The small wards were also excellent as was the physio.
The assessment before coming into hospital was very thorough.
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone having a knee replacement.
What could be improved
Wheelchairs should be available for patients in reception.
It is very unsatisfactory to arrive for a knee replacement operation and be unable to be transported inside!
This is compounded by the rude staff on reception.
All the clinical staff are professional and friendly and are let down badly by the above.
