I was in for a hernia op, I cannot praise you enough for the standard of care. I was kept informed the whole way through.

Just one thing that could have made it better, after I was made ready for the operation, I was left alone in my room for about 90 minutes, it was lucky that I had taken a book.

Just someone popping in to give me a time scale would have been helpful
