I visited today after having toothache for the past 5 days. I was impressed to find that I didn't have to wait too long in order to be initially examined by a dentist (who, for the record, was lovely). I was then sent for an x-ray which took hardly any time at all, and was only waiting a few minutes in the waiting room to be called back in. The dentist who I saw initally examined me again and then explained the cause of my pain, not being pushy or hurrying me up at all. He made me feel at ease and organised for me to have the first stage of my treatment 10-15 minutes later.

I was then referred to another dentist, who started the first stage of my treatment. She was lovely - really kind and constantly checking that I was OK throughout the procedure. She also explained what would need to happen next time I went to the dentist and he possibility of being treated by a student dentist.

Yes, some people will moan about not being able to get a ticket but if you don't get there early that's what happens! The building is dated, but the clinical areas seemed clean and well equipped and all the staff I came into contact with were friendly and efficient! Am very tired after being up so early to queue and get a ticket but it was so worth it! Thank you for providing such a great service. :)

Although the doors open at 7.30, I arrived a little after 6.30
