Anything else?
Typical for NHS care, they are clearly under-staffed, and patient care can suffer as a result. I was an in-patient for 1 night recently. During the night time, the room I was in saw few nurses, and I was left for 45 minutes without any bedding. The room was too cold, especially given that older adults were there. Amongst the chaos, some excellent staff (nurses, doctors and support staff), doing a great job in difficult circumstances. A nurse said to me "if my mum or dad was in here, I wouldn't be be fuming"
"Under-staffed but with some good people"
