After prompt action by our GP, we were referred to Northwick Park Hosp ENT. Fantastic experience at A and E Paediatric, and referral to ENT specialist and subsequent referral to Jack's Place. Extremely satisfied with response and treatment to my 15 year old son's illness, it all seem to happen very quickly, but you dealt with it in an appropriate and calm fashion. Thanks to your diligence my son recovered overnight and was discharged the following day. Thank you to all the staff for your efforts and attendance to my son and his needs. I thought it was important to feedback a positive experience, well done to the NHS.
