"Queens Wing Day Case Unit"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

Anything else?

I was in this unit yesterday (monday 13th May 2013) to have a cystoscopy operation under general anesthetic. I was nervous about the operation but all the staff there were kind, supportive and very very caring. I met everyone involved in my operation and was told everything that was going to happen to me. The staff were very busy but kept checking on me and talking to me to help me feel at ease and relaxed. All the staff were wonderful and I would like to thank them all for their care and kindness towards me. It was definately 5 star treatment with 5star staff and I couldn't have wished for anything more. God Bless you all

We're rather proud of our team at the QEII's Queens Wing too - they do a great job, which clearly is appreciated by their patients! We'll make sure that they get to read your very kind words as soon as possible. Many thanks again for the feedback and may we wish you well for the future.
