The clinic was very busy during a visit in April with one where for most patient to sit. We were given very little time with the consultant and did not feel it was fully explained to us what steps we would be taking next. Also our previous notes had not been looked at. Also when we came to book next appointment there was a 2 month waiting list , everyone at the reception desk was complaining but staff were less than helpfully..So after feeling as thou not enough care and attention was given to us we were then told to June to be able to discuss our case again. . .
