Anything else?
My son had an appointment today at Birmingham Childrens Hospital for a Eye check up. As we took public transport, I was not aware of the £1 charge buses have for children aged 6 and over, as I did not have any change for him to get back...
After speaking with the reception, and the cashier they advised me to speak with a member of staff at the Eye department. I spoke with a member of staff at the Eye department, and I would like to say a big thank you for their kindness in providing me with the £1 change for my son to get back to school via bus. I was very worried at first as I was concerned on how I was going to get my son back to school without any money... I even volunteered to pay the £1 back via a receipt for next time, but the member of staff told me not to worry.
Once again to the member of staff who provided me with the £1 change, thank you very much and to all the staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital for their help and kindness in my difficult situation :-) , my son also says a BIG THANK YOU too.
Many Thanks and Kind Regards :-)
