"a rather very rude nurse"

About: Doddington Hospital

Anything else?

i took my son to doddington after not being able to get into my local drs to get checked for a skin infection on his ears.( went 8/5/2013)

well to start the receptionist was friendly helpful but as for the nurse , they were very very rude and has put me off going there,

first of all they had the cheek to ask if i was the mother as i looked young and frowned the fact my mother took us as i cant drive and husband was at work ! yes i felt had to prove to this rude nurse that i was his mother , well they were rude to my 4 year old and he didnt want to speak a word ( didnt blame him i didnt either!) they said i was waisting their time and the fact that they said

"well im not a dr and by the looks of it you dont believe me over what i say the skin infection is well im just sorry if i am wrong the drs wont know what it is either "with a bit of eye rolling.

i was deeply upset and shocked that by the end i sat there quiet and walked out , on reading previous review about a rude nurse i think it may be the same nurse. As i left i took their name and i have the right mind to report her ! a shocking shocking nurse
