"Disappointed."

About: Moseley Hall Hospital

Anything else?

After following a vicious stroke my relative was promised rehabilitation but instead was found to be forgotten about physio-wise. The staff were ill manured, rude and it was a shock for either visitor or patient to be recognised by the staff whilst there. With an exception, the nursing staff were good at cleaning up patients whilst they are incontinent. When your relative gets discharged make sure you are properly informed on how to use their new medication. In our families case we were not informed the difference between two different kinds of nebulizers which resorted in a serious chest infection which has left my relative hospitalised! As another reviewer said "Be vigilant as the staff do not have time to observe your relative properly." If I can elaborate on that I would suggest that the staff do not have the time of day to observe your relative propely.
