What I liked

I attended Farnham hospital this morning for an Ultra Sound scan and was in contact with just three of your staff - a receptionist, a staff nurse and a doctor.

All three are a credit to you.

I was not unduly worried beforehand but your people were professional, polite and friendly from the off. As we progressed I was informed in laymen's terms what was happening and what was discovered, simple to you perhaps but very reassuring to us, thankfully inexperienced, patients.

What could be improved

A couple of reserved bays for motorcycles perhaps?
