Anything else?
My daughter was recently in for day surgery (tonsillectomy) and I have to say that from start to finish the staff from cleaners to consultants were lovely. Nothing was too much and time was taken to ensure we were okay and our needs were being met.
I had the consultant stop me in the corridor in another part of the hospital to tell me how the surgery had gone; I didn't think he had seen me earlier let alone recognised me as my daughter's dad. All the staff were great and that made a long day pass much better than it may have done.
Thanks to all the staff associated with Ward 29, Mr Osman and the pre-op staff from.the week before.
