I would like to express my grateful thanks to all members of staff of the Audiology Dept at heath Road Hospital. My recent visit was to review my hearing performance which was carefully re-tested and a new prescription issued and programmed into the digital aid.

The consultant was courteous, pleasant and explained all the processes carefully and fully. They were gentle and supportive in their manner and has a quiet sense of humour.

Afterwards I was impressed by the performance of my new prescription, thankyou to all members of the Audiology departmment both recently and indeed since 2008.
